A declined payment typically occurs when there are insufficient funds or an incorrect billing address is entered into the payment page. If you are sure funds are available, then it is most likely due to billing address mismatch or an expired credit card.
Please do not contact us as to why your credit card is being declined as we have no control over this. We suggest that you either use a different credit card or call your credit card company.
Note: Sometimes declined payments will appear on your online statements from your credit card company for up to 3-5 business days; these are not actual charges but holds that will be released within 3-5 business days depending on your credit card company.
